Hayward
Hayward is centrally located in Alameda County and is often referred to as the “heart of the bay.” It offers a growing and diverse community and is home to Cal State East Bay University’s main campus. It is only 25 miles from San Francisco and has multiple options for public transportation including several BART stations within city limits. Hayward’s hilly topography offers some of the best views of the Bay. From the many golf courses and regional parks to the lively downtown scene of restaurants and shopping, Hayward has something for everyone.
